The heat is on. 🥵

If someone is feeling weak, vomiting or has moist or flushed skin, they could have heat stroke. That means you should get them someplace cooler and:

1. First, call 911.
2. Then, immerse the person up to their neck in cold water.
3. Or, apply cold, wet towels to their skin.
4. Finally, apply ice packs over the towels and fan the person.
