-Start finding revenue streams to keep transit funded

@relatable_gatos Agreed. Also people act like free access to transit and frequent reliable service are mutually exclusive.. which makes no sense. Obviously funding is an issue but US highways operate w/ $50-100+ billion annual subsidy... so let's start there
