What is the most effective way to reach 140 crore Indians?

Through social media videos, I typically reach 2-3 crore people per month, but if we want to reach 140 crore Indians, it can happen only through POLICY CHANGES. 

1) Should food packages have warning labels the way cigarettes have them? 
2) Should food packages have a health rating of A,B,C,D the way Singapore and a few other countries have? 
3) Should school canteens allow soft-drinks like coke and pepsi? 

Here are some questions that we discussed in an event I recently attended by an organization which focuses on policy changes.

As I continue to make videos, I'm excited to explore getting involved in the policy side of things as well.
