After a 2-hour wait @Condor_America at BOS, DE2038 luggage was delivered to an unmarked carousel (everyone waited at no.5 as written on the board, it came to unmarked no. 1). Stampede of people running to get their bags, once someone discovered this. Our bags did not arrive. 😞
