Loving the recent November drought conditions @CorhamptonGolf course holding up well for Autumn plus the leaves are dropping fast even the oak leaves have started to lose there green tinge
Tree surgeons in this week too take out ash trees with ash die back and to reduce a beech tree that is heavily effect with bracket fungi. The beech may regenerate by being reduced or it will make a great habitat tree. @CorhamptonGolf#ecology
Another 12 hours of heavy rainfall on the South Downs. On a positive greens being rolled, aprons, collars and tees having a trim, white lines being painted & a full rake. 🙏 for some drier conditions
It’s been an unusual month with heavy rainfall with 50mm falling over 2 days at the beginning of the month and at the end of the month heavy downpours over 3 days. @CorhamptonGolf holding up well tho. This weather does now feel the norm :( #extremes
@davidflatman It would be interesting to know the % of parents who can not afford the vat?I do know of people who will not be able to continue to send there children to private school.What negative effect will that have on state schools!
That was a very busy morning.never known rain like it 23mm in one hour. But all bunkers fully raked & wash outs fixed, with greens,collars & aprons cut topped off with a light dressing on greens & aprons and then brushed In all in time for the rain later today !!!@CorhamptonGolf
