@Tesco is there any way to actually contact Tesco? My delivery was due over two hours ago, no updates, no response on slack, the 0800 number doesn’t seem to exist anymore. You don’t make it easy, do you.
@SkyHelpTeam Thanks but I’ve already spoken to them three times, been told three different ideas of what will happen - but basically that there’s sod all that can be done to correct YOUR mistake. I’m now waiting a callback from the cancellation team. Not holding my breath there either.

Thanks @Ocado for the 3 hours notice on Xmas Eve that my Christmas order that’s been on your system since 1st October has 11 missing or sub’s items including the meat and dessert. So much for ‘effortless convenience’ #ocado
