Justice Turned Into a Mockery in Bangladesh
---
Despite being seriously ill, former MP Fazle Karim was brought to court in an ambulance. Yet, during the trials of those accused of collaborating with Pakistan during the Liberation War, hospital cabins were reportedly reserved around the clock to ensure they received medical treatment while in custody.⁩

You are brave @TulipSiddiq very brave not like our typical MPs or Ministers who got allegations from decades but stick on their sits, and here is you when someone pointed finger on you, you resign. Long live Mate 👍

[Tulip Siddiq @TulipSiddiq]

An independent review has confirmed that I have not breached the Ministerial Code and there is no evidence to suggest I have acted improperly.

Nonetheless, to avoid distraction for the Government, I have resigned as City Minister.

Here is my full letter to the Prime Minister.
