@DanLDNOrb @TechnicallyRon Basically because if the judge believes that the ‘independent jury’ has been affected by something, in this case excessive media attention by mr Yaxley-Lennon harking on about the defendants, then they become biased and the trial can be thrown out. Luckily the judges ruled it out
