BTW in the last 4 world cups Argentina has been the only losing team to even stay on the field while their opponent celebrates.
France left while Argentina celebrated in 2022. Where was the media outrage then?
The world is at peace because it’s Rodri.
Rodri won the World Cup Golden Ball without a single goal or assist, and nobody seems to have a problem with it. If it had been Messi with those exact same stats—even if Argentina had won the World Cup—the entire internet would have been on fire. People would be screaming “robbery,” saying Mbappé deserved it, claiming FIFA was protecting Messi, and pushing the usual “FIFA’s favorite” narrative.
Now? Complete silence.
The double standards are unbelievable. Bloody hypocrites.
Messi is a serial winner, but you know what else.
He's tier one at taking loses on the chest too.
No tantrums, no fights, no excuses, just straight up accepts defeats, watches the winners lift the trophy and walks away.
SIMPLY... THANK YOU, LEO. 🇦🇷✨
Lionel Messi has played his final World Cup match. 💔🏆
It was a journey filled with records, goals, and glory. Your legacy and your 8 Ballons d'Or are eternal. 🌕

Holding myself from talking about how disrespected Argentina has been this whole tournament.
Since the start of the 2022 World Cup, they’ve played 46 games and lost just four. They’ve beaten France, Brazil, Netherlands, Croatia, Italy and England along the way. They’ve won the World Cup, Copa America, Finalissima too.
That is an all-time great side.
Yet we’re supposed to believe they need FIFA’s help to win because referees made some errors - errors that - by the way - sometimes disadvantaged them and favoured other teams in the same tournament.
A team that has THE Messi and lads who are ready to die for him and the badge btw.
All this agenda just to keep a long-dead GOAT debate alive.
Lmao. Okay. Make worldcup first end. 😆
