We had a lot of happiness on the final day. More than 600 participants actively joined the activities that promote social inclusion, gender equality, and empowerment. The event incredibly educated migrant communities to embrace the value of achieving PlayOnside’s objectives.

Last week, Seema, a Yuwa Class 2021 graduate, was offered & accepted a full scholarship 2 @Harvard University. Harvard, considered 1 of the best universities n the world, had a historically low acceptance rate this yr, 3.4% - & a record # of applicants. Seema defied these odds.

PlayOnside, in order to facilitate access to other sport´s activities, has launched “The Badminton Project” that aims to improve individual ability and self-development, emotional development, teamwork as well as self-confidence.

We have been facilitating access to sport and education to this promoting and creating a safe environment for migrant children on the border to play and learn through playful learning activities based on life and social skills.
