For conservation of the orchid species, today inaugurated a beautiful state-of-the-art Orchidarium at Oxygen Park, Agartala ahead of the visit of #G20 delegates.

Lord Shiva with water of Ganga ji flowing from his hairs and many other rock reliefs of deities in Unakoti, Tripura is a lesser known world heritage site.

Unakoti means ‘one less than a crore’ has been the seat of faith and worship of Hara-Gauri-Vinayaka since 7th century AD.

Not only in Nagaland, Tripura also organises a Hornbill festival at Baramura Eco-Park. The Eco-park is jointly run by local community and forest department and is a successful model. This display of Semal tree with hornbills at the entry gate of the park attracts visitors.
