2 weeks intermittent fasting and I lost stomach and back folds☺️.

Note: I ate heavy proteins, took ginger shots lately and did portion control too.

I made a random video this afternoon, see my tummy and waistline 🥹!

So I rushed to the scale and guess what, 6kg is gone! WOAH!
