@BobCastelline @adamyounggolf Hey Bob, I can work out why this would have right to left spin. I get that result when I hit bad ones so it’s true, but I just don’t understand the physics I guess! If the heel gets driven forwards, I’d have imagined the spin applied would be left it right?

@ryanmouquegolf Hey Ryan. Love this thank you! On this ‘feel arms down’ part, is the delayed turn the upper body? The lower body would still turn (just before) the hands drop? Or should everything wait until the hands have started to drop? Thanks again for the resource

@classicrider @LukeDonald Hey Paul. What’s the reason to avoid polarised lenses? I struggle with sun and headaches so have just got some super polarised lenses to prevent it. Not totally sure it’s cracked it, but keen to know if there’s any other type of lenses can try that gives good protection?
