@kunal6819 @IGNOUSHALA @TwitterIndia I told you, they’re not authorised or paid to help students. I filed a @rtiindia & got the answer & that’s why I know. Only option for students is to send emails & get problems solved, I’ve been doing that for my own needs for about 3 years now.

@nehagul48664274 @OfficialIGNOU @chandigarh_rc Phone calls are not proof of anything. You need to send an email directly to @IgnouVc keeping in CC your school of study, assigned regional centre & chosen study centre. Don’t forget to include all details such as enrolment number & year of study etc.

@prof_commerce @OfficialIGNOU With other institutes you might get your physical books/online reading material on time but here you will get them after the exams, that too if you've very lucky.
