I cleared all my subjects. But my grade sheet still shows not completed for 1-year exams, for the 2nd year, it shows completed. Do you know why? (2/2)

@ignoustudyforum Hi, I took MEG admission in July 2020. Due to covid exams were not conducted & as per my knowledge a notice was released saying 1st-year students are promoted. I gave my 2nd-year exams in Dec 2022 and I got my results (1/2)

@nykaafashion I have had a similar experience. The response i got from the customer executive was that "many pincodes in the south are not serviceable" if that's the case why was it not displayed prior the order placement. This is disheartening.

And i have no idea if or when my refund will be processed. I'm skeptical about this after seeing a few reviews on the Play Store. Too bad their logistics and customer support are bad when their collection is quite great.

I had the most disappointing experience with @nykaafashion I placed an order on 29th May 2022 and on 31st I get a notification that the product is being returned to warehouse. I chatted with the support support who said "many pincodes in the south are not serviceable"

And as a compensation they gave me a 10% discount code on my next order. I asked "how will I know if my next order will be delivered or not" They said "you can contact us to know that information" An extra step in order placing process, this is completely ridiculous!!
