@SamsungUK Iβm last night as I wanted preparing to watch the England game my Samsung free style Gen 2 that was purchased from Richer sounds only 6 months ago , was not switching on.
and did not work.
Today I called the richer sounds and they referred me to Samsung no good
@SamsungUK At the moment I have had not very positive service from richer sounds the retailer or Samsung which quoted few weeks if the parts are available!!!
@SamsungUK It does not switch on , completely dead , I tried with other c type power supply and not working , charged the remote again nothing , I know as it was connected before ir used to come alive and gave good picture and connected to a soundbar , it was perfect after learning setup
@SamsungUK I am not pleased with Samsung and richer sounds because of Samsung projector that gone faulty after less than 5- 6 hours of use and still under warranty and seller and Samsung can not give a satisfactory service
@SamsungUK so far no t Samsung or their retailers Richer Sounds know how to deal with faulty projector under warranty, I should have stuck to Amazon as they sell cheap projectors and there are proper warranty
@SamsungUK I contacted the Samsung for faulty projector and was contacted to the washing machine service , 15 min later talked to another person which told me will take few weeks to sort if they have the parts , Samsung and Richer Sounds no customer service , no care
@JSeibelgroupUK I just contacted the uk distributor in uk , they told me the faulty sandals which I reported to them is go back to retailer!!!nothing to do with them as they only process data and manage the website.
Very disappointing ,they were not interested help
@VWUKPress It would be no ce to know what has happened to ID Buzz that we ordered last July and not being delivered now till next year and no date π€
