@soulshakedowner @sarah_talley_ @vxylily A lot of jobs are paid at minimum wage — including retail, entry level office staff, etc. it doesn’t make it ideal, but Canada did start servers at the same wage as many other jobs that don’t require higher level degrees or programs. Most servers I know do the job for the tips.

I’m not one to make politic posts … but I felt the need to make this one. I’m saddened by the divide that has formed between Canada and the US. Right now it feels like we’re all the children in a really nasty marital spat. We are not our governments. And I hope we remember that.
