@thinkingshivers The reason to make gnocchi is that good gnocchi are essentially unavailable in restaurants in the US, except for NYC. You won't make good gnocchi on your first try, but if you do 4-5 small batches in an afternoon you can get good enough to beat 99% of restaurants.

In games, "good p99" means you don't skip a frame more than about once every 2 seconds, which is atrocious.
