A frustrated Cox internet customer who's expereienced extensive service interruption this week and had to rejoin Twitter in hopes of connecting to a human.
@CoxHelp Both today and on 10/10, my home internet has been out for a considerable amount of time. I signed up for Twitter today because I couldn't reach a human via your website. I want a refund for the downtime and inconvenience. This is not the level of service I paid for.
