No, millions of citizens will still be targeted for death by these machines & their masters. You're ignoring one of the biggest reasons for war, the desire to genocide a specific race of people so that another race may rise above the targeted race.

One of the reasons for the Russia-Ukraine war is to genocide as many slavs as possible (that's one of the reasons why they're keeping the war running for such a long period of time) so that they can be replaced with inferior browns as per the jewish Total Global White Genocide agenda.
