The meeting of the Chief of Defense Forces and Chiefs of General Staff of the States' Parties to the Makkah Joint Defense Agreement was held in Riyadh on Friday September 25th, 2026, with the participation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the Republic of Türkiye.

The Chiefs of Defense Forces and Chiefs of General Staff reviewed the security situation and the threats facing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They strongly resented the attacks targeting the Holy City of Makkah and civilian and economic infrastructure. They appreciated the vigilance and professionalism of the Saudi Armed Forces for ensuring safety of the people and security of the Kingdom.

The participants also discussed ways to further advance cooperation among the armed forces of the three countries and to enhance intelligence sharing, military coordination, and capability integration, thereby strengthening deterrence and collective defense.

The participants commended the longstanding relations and mutual trust that bind the people and the armed forces of the three countries. They noted that their meeting in Riyadh reflects the strength of their defense partnership and their shared determination to immediately translate the commitments of the Makkah Joint Defense Agreement into effective military cooperation.

The participants strongly affirmed their commitment to collective defense thereby demonstrating the resolve of the three countries in defending the security, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Sequel to comprehensive counter terrorism operation by security forces against Indian backed Fitna Al Khawarij & Fitna Al Hindustan in Balochistan. Thirty three Indian sponsored Khwarij/ terrorists, has been sent to hell, since 21 September 2026.

On 24 September, in continuation of Operation Shaban, security forces busted additional terrorist hideouts, and after an intense fire exchange, five Indian sponsored Khwarij were killed making a total of twenty two khwarij killed so far. Weapons, ammunition and explosives were also recovered from the Khwarij locations. Clearance Operation will continue till complete neutralization of threat from the area.

In another engagement on 25 September 2026, an intelligence based operation was conducted in Nushki district. During the conduct of operation, own troops effectively engaged terrorists hideout and after an intense fire exchange, eleven terrorist were sent to hell.

Relentless Counter Terrorism campaign under vision “Azm e Istehkam” (as approved by Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan) by Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies of Pakistan will continue at full pace to wipe out menace of foreign sponsored and supported terrorism from the country.

On 20 September 2026, fire exchange took place between the Security Forces convoy and Khwarij in Hangu District. Resultantly, eight Khwarij belonging to Indian-sponsored Fitna-Al-Khwarij were sent to hell due to effective engagement by own troops.

However, during the intense fire exchange, two brave officers including Captain Abuzar Farooq (Age: 23 years, resident of District Gujranwala) and Lieutenant Sheraz Babar (Age: 22 years, resident of District Chakwal), who were leading their troops from the front, fought gallantly and paid the ultimate sacrifice and embraced shahadat along with their four men.

Sanitization operation is being conducted to eliminate any other Indian sponsored Kharji found in the area, as relentless Counter Terrorism campaign under vision “Azm e Istehkam” (as approved by Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan) by Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies of Pakistan will continue at full pace to wipe out the menace of foreign sponsored and supported terrorism from the country. These sacrifices of our brave soldiers further reinforce our unwavering commitment to safeguarding our nation at all costs.
