@lufthansa 2 flights with this airline. First was delayed 2 hrs and lost my luggage. Second is still on the damn runway and delayed on 2 hrs. Been sitting in the stupid plane for an hr. Nothing is provided nor offered.

@SpiritAirlines today I have made 6 calls to spirit. Each lasting 15-24 minutes. They transfer to supervisor and no one comes. They don’t know what they are doing.

@SpiritAirlines I have been dealing with spirit again. I walked through booking a flight on the phone. I asked for travel insurance and he said to add it after the booking is complete through travel guard. Now another spirit aren’t saying we cannot add it.

@SpiritAirlines the worst airlines. I have flown with them a hand full of times and they are always delayed! They never give you a reason. They delay flights to fill there empty seats. Do not ever fly spirit! THE worst experience I have had with any airlines.
