For a 5 star airline @qatarairways has to have one of the poorest customer service departments I've ever experienced.

@iice_breakers @etihad @EtihadHelp Yes I've had an awful experience as well. They don't answer calls, no response from email, and in the unlikely event you do get to speak to someone they transfer you to another line that no one answers.
