November last year ,The federal ministry of works under David Umahi, took a caterpillar and scrapped the Benin-Agbor highway, in fact, they scrapped the two lanes simultaneously , till today as I am speaking, not even one side has been tarred, rain has destroyed the whole road. This is 10momths after the scrapping.
