@telenorpakistan what is this behavior? This has been going on for almost 2 weeks. Either Refund my amount of internet package or fix the internet speed.
@StormFiber Worst customer support. My internet connection was not working for a week due to which I had to switch to a 4G device and At the end Customer Service said weโll double your bandwidth for 4 days but weโll not give credit adjustment. ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฟ
@StormFiber Thatโs been escalating for more than 2 days, Iโm going to email this whole incident to your higher officials if itโs not resolved by EOD today
@StormFiber Also I need a permanent solution for this. This is my 5th or 6th complaint regarding this issue. Whenever they come to setup a new connection, they mess up my connection from the Poll Board and each and every time Iโve to bear 2 or 3 days without internet connectivity.
@StormFiber my internet is down for more than 2 days, Iโm getting this email on daily basis. If it continues to rain for a month that means Iโm not going to use the Internet ever again as per your email?

@StormFiber with reference to ticket # 104778680308, almost 24 hours have been passed and issue isn't resolved. No one from Field Operations team has contacted me yet. Kindly escalate the issue ASAP and fulfill the required SLA
