Wow, they did all this special decision making because I’m a “loyal customer.”

Maybe they should have paid attention to the damage insurance I bought and not done this entire useless process..?

Rented a car from @enterprisecares. Bought the $35/day full damage coverage.

The car already had a chip in the windshield at the time of pickup. I told the rental agent who said “don’t worry about because you’ve bought the added coverage.”

Fast FWD a couple of weeks…

I got a letter and invoice in the mail stating I owed nearly $1000 for a replacement windshield on that car.

I called and spoke to them and they said woopsie, our mistake, “we’ll take care of it.”

Today I got another letter stating “we have made the decision….”
