esta herramienta llamada Obsidian Mind, le da memoria persistente a Claude Code, así funciona:

empiezas una sesión, le cuentas sobre tu proyecto y el agente gestiona todo (notas, enlaces, índices, etc).

> cada conversación se construye sobre la anterior.
> no tienes que repetirle todo desde cero.
