Look at how the moment shifts from a panicked, worried Taesung over to Namgoong walking slowly toward mido. In every single step , you can literally feel how deeply hurt he is but he knows he can't showbit here in front of him ..
Old Namgoong would have been running toward mido like crazy, but right now, while the wound is still so fresh and lets be real whatever that recording was it's not easy to forget whatever he listened there , I'm sure it hunting him in nightmares,in this particular mido namgoong part it feels like he's using every ounce of his self-control just not to show his disappointment and not to make Mido feeling embarrassed in front of Taesung..
