Thyroid Reset | Voice Activation

Today we returned to the power of our voice.
Not through shouting.

When we do Fascial Maneuvers, we use our hands a lot.
And sometimes, the arms feel tired.
The body feels heavy.
The mind says, “I’m exhausted.”

But what if that’s not depletion?

What if that tiredness is your nervous system saying:
“Thank you for letting me let go.”

Our bodies carry more than muscle and tension—
they carry emotion, protection, and sometimes, even other people’s energy.

This is why I love watching first-timers in my class.
They come back saying, “I had to nap after!”
And I smile. Because that’s the body unwinding survival.

You are safe to feel.
You are safe to release.
You are safe to exist.

Hi everyone,

My name is Ikue. I am a @fascialmaneuvers coach from @humangarage , empowering people to move freely with ease, joy, and compassion. Today, I’d like to show you what a fascial maneuver class looks like, as I often get this question. Here is a snippet of the class:

First, we start with some swaisho to get us moving and warmed up. It’s very important for me to create a safe and friendly environment, so I take time to break the ice and help my clients loosen up.

Fascia stores memories and trauma, and fascial maneuvers are designed to reduce stress and regulate your nervous system, allowing your body to find ease and calm.

We engage in many twisting movements, moving slowly with breaths, and adopting a gentle and loving approach to our body and fascia.

As we move our fascia, various sensations may arise, such as feeling light-headed, tingly, experiencing yawning, shifts in pressure, pain, and energy.

Emotional release is also possible. As you can see, all maneuvers are gentle yet impactful. You’ll need to try this to truly experience the benefits.

Whether you’re new to the concept of fascia, curious, active, knowledgeable about body movement, or a practitioner working with bodies, I assure you that you’ll find fascial maneuvers both intriguing and powerful.

I offer group fascial maneuver classes both in person and online, as well as private or hands-on treatments.

This modality has significantly improved my body and life, and I am passionate about sharing it with anyone looking to reduce stress, feel good, and heal from any issues they may be experiencing.
