Every man wants the same things:
A strong body that gives confidence.
A sharp mind capable of learning.
A brother who stands with you in your hard times.
A wife who is supportive, submissive and beautiful.
Enough money to take care of the family.
What do you want?
It appears @BhagwantMann has become a compulsive liar as recently he first made a fool of 12K teachers by issuing letters regularizing their jobs which turned out to be a farce and now he has deceived 1190+700 Patwari’s by first publicly announcing reduction in their training period plus promising regular pay during training etc but now Patwari’s are running from pillar to post for their demands. It looks as @BhagwantMann is still behaving like a stage comedian-Khaira @INCIndia@INCPunjab
Most ‘healthy’ people I have seen are mostly outside the gym… in park, beaches, hills, swimming pools etc - all free places.
Inside gym I meet fit but tired people with injuries, forced, bored, obsessed with muscles, protein & selfies.
Healthy & fit are 2 different concepts.
It doesn’t mean at all that muscle training isn’t healthy. It’s very healthy. But the commercialised gyms promote fit bodies not being healthy. Instructors hardly know complex human body. Gyms have become most unhealthy places in all respects. Unless you have a private or non-fancy and no-nonsense gym.
Always ask this - do I need such big muscles. Do I need such intense training? Do what you need. Not what ‘organised market’ feels you what to do.
Please discuss.

According to Sikh traditional sources, Guru Gobind Singh performed Hom at NainaDevi for 6 months, after which Devi appeared and offered him sword to fight for Dharma —whereafter he formed Khalsa.
There are written records of Guru & his father declaring NainaDevi as their Kuldevi.
Impressive!
