When my screen developed an issue, Samsung diagnostics officially revealed the phone had been pre-activated long before my invoice date. Because it was sold pre-used, Samsung outright denied authorized free screen replacement support.

​I have been running in circles for over 2 months, exhausted by canned support responses and ignored escalation emails to leadership. ​I am no longer waiting on hollow assurances. I am filing a formal legal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (@jagograhakjago ) and initiating proceedings on e-Daakhil for unfair trade practices.

​Demand an immediate full refund/resolution!

Received a call on Friday promising installation by Saturday/Monday—no one showed up, no follow-up. Today I get another routine call asking about installation as if nothing happened. Stop making false promises and complete the installation TODAY!

@FaberIndia Absolutely pathetic service! Bought a Faber chimney on Aug 15th specifically to have it installed before my housewarming function. The function is already OVER and the installation is still pending!

Really displeased with the service provided by @amazonIN and @delhivery .. I was assured that my product would be delivered https://t.co/jVAK1Wcthw was supposed to be free of cost. But we were pushed to a position to go to the store and get the product delivered at our own cost.

@HPCL why does the normal petrol price is 103.18 per litre even when the price is https://t.co/Y0T80sKjQL proper response from the agency. I have been charged 60 rupees extra.The pump denotes it as only petrol but they are saying it as POWER petrol.are they cheating people?
