Over 130 great chess books. Chess Journalists of America Book of the Year winner 2025, ECF Book of the Year winner 2021, short-listed by ECF and FIDE many times
Sergey Voronkov's Alexander Alekhine: The Russian Sphinx Volume 1 wins book of the year by the CJA!! 🍾🍾

Well, we knew it was the best book of the year, but it's nice to have our opinion validated!
@GMastrokoukos@Schachbund@Meyer_Dunker Has WR ever condemned Russian aggression? His engineering company made RUB 1.6 BN revenues in Russia in 2025. Perhaps to fund FIDE?
Elk and Ruby publica Petrosian año por año: Volumen I (1942-1962) por Tibor Karolyi y Tigran Gyozalyan
https://t.co/d7HmDOB2dC

Ridiculous. Will @WadimRosenstein stand up and condemn this perverse act? Or will he confirm he is a Kremlin stooge by not doing so. @Meyer_Dunker and @Schachbund we need your help here...
Russia 🇷🇺 has filed an complaint to the FIDE Ethics committee against the President of the Ukrainian 🇺🇦 chess federation for war propaganda supporting attacks on Russian🇷🇺 cities.
Ukraine🇺🇦 makes legal counterattacks to stop Russia🇷🇺 illegal attacks.

Superb day Richard and thank you for giving your fantastic simul against 30 players on a very hot day.
In a world of negativity, we made our own joy and chess as ever won the day.
A great day for #chess in Kenilworth yesterday! The Mayor, Alison Insley, made a very welcome appearance, pictured alongside sterling organisers @Carl_Portman@GreenBGambit. Was a long day (talk and simul), but great fun. Good warm-up too for July 12th, @Chess_Fest!
Rosenstein's engineering company in Russia recorded revenues of 1.56 billion rubles, approx 19 million Euros, in 2025. After the war began he travelled to Moscow and played chess with Karjakin.
@Meyer_Dunker this is increasing the Kremlin's influence in chess, not decreasing it as, apparently, you have strangely claimed.
