Um banho de água fria nos usuários de cannabis medicinal. Revisão sistemática publicada no The Lancet a partir de 54 trials (n=2.477 participantes) revelou:
▪️aumento do vício em cocaina
▪️sem efeitos sobre ansiedade, anorexia nervosa, transtornos psicoticos, estresse pós-traumático, depressão e uso de opioides
▪️dados insuficientes sobre efeito no TDAH, distúrbio bipolar, transtorno obsessivo-compulsivo e consumo de tabaco.

Entretanto, observou efeitos positivos no tratamento da insônia, Síndrome de Tourette e tiques, redução de traço autístico e no consumo de maconha. Mesmo assim, a qualidade da evidência foi muito baixa.
