P(A)=C(3,2)/C(10,2)=3/45=1/15

P(B)=C(3,1)*C(5,1)/C(10,2)=3*5/45=5/15

So, the desired probability is
1 - (1/15+5/15)
=1-6/15 =9/15=3/5
