Last week Joe Manchin appeared at a No Labels event and said, “We’re here to make sure the American people have an option.”
What No Labels and Manchin call another option, is just a dark money billionaire backed spoiler, which will take votes from Biden and put Trump back the White House.
Joe Manchin was the only Democrat to join every Republican killing the bill that would have codified Roe into federal law — even though he claimed to support abortion rights.
Joe Manchin voted against a guaranteed 7 days of paid sick leave for rail workers.
Joe Manchin thinks there’s a better program to “fix” Social Security— and it’s not making sure the wealthiest pay their fair share.
Joe Manchin said that climate pollution would be WORSENED by the elimination of fossil fuels. What he didn’t says was that the only thing that would be worsened is his personal wealth.
Joe Manchin voted against Build Back Better, abortion rights, ending the filibuster and voting rights.
No Labels — a tax exempt non profit that refuses to disclose the names of its billionaire donors —is not offering a unity ticket. They’re only considering candidates like Joe Manchin that have a proven record of backing far right legislation and policy for the wealthiest whitest Americans.
Joe Manchin uses his Senate seat to legislate for billionaires, leaving West Virginia ranking an abysmal #47 in education, #47 in economy, #50 in health care and #50 in infrastructure.
Doesn’t get much worse.

BREAKING: Democratic Congressman Eric Swalwell publicly humiliates MAGA Representative Jim Jordan during a sham House hearing on the nonexistent "weaponization" of law enforcement agencies against Donald Trump that Republicans still insist occurred.
After Jordan finished questioning FBI Director Chris Wray by trotting out MAGA talking points, the floor opened up for Swalwell to speak, and he went right for the jugular immediately—
"Director I think it's quite rich that the guy that has accused you of lawlessness and weaponization is four hundred days into violation of his own congressional subpoena over January 6th," said Swalwell.
"Quite rich to me that you're hearing all of these allegations from somebody who won't even response to a lawful subpoena," he added.
Swalwell absolutely nailed it. Jordan blatantly violated House ethics rules by refusing to obey a subpoena from the House Jan. 6th committee. Instead, he falsely insisted that the subpoena was unconstitutional.
The simple truth is that he just didn't want to obey it. Jim Jordan only believes in the law when it benefits him — a criminal trait that he shares with Donald Trump and a hallmark of fascists.

Hey Brett Kavanaugh.
Want to talk about affirmative action and student loans?
Let’s examine how you got into Yale, shall we?
During your Senate testimony, you said “I got into Yale Law School. That’s the No. 1 law school in the country. I had no connections there. I got there by busting my tail in college.”
But, like much of your testimony, this wasn’t exactly true. 👇
You see, we found a copy of a 1928 Yale yearbook and it turns out your grandfather Everett Edward Kavanaugh also attended Yale as an undergraduate student.
So that makes you a legacy student a liar.
So to recap, you got into your grandfather’s alma mater, then went to the Law School.
That matters — because admission to an undergraduate institution can more than double a student’s chance of getting into that institution’s graduate schools.
In 2011, Yale said that up to 25 percent of its students could classified as legacy students.
Turns out, getting into college, especially Ivy League schools, is traditionally as much a matter of who you know as it is what you know.
AOC said it best, “If SCOTUS was serious about their ludicrous “colorblindness” claims, they would have abolished legacy admissions, aka affirmative action for the privileged.”
But of course you wouldn’t do that. It would mean you’d might have never gotten to the Supreme Court. It would have impacted the 70% of Harvard legacy students who are white - and harmed Harvard’s ability to rely on them as patrons.
So how about we also ban legacy admissions and see how people like you fare without the privilege, shall we?
Just fucking stop it. You made this happen. You did. It was not RBG's fault, it wasn't Obama's fault, it wasn't Hillary's voice or laugh, it was your fucking fault. Your asses sat home, quit whining like you didn't know this shit wasn't coming down the pike.
Even if you found a feral child with a pack of raccoons near a meth lab in Aurora, CO and then educated it on absolutely nothing but Jersey Shore reruns and ramen noodle nutrition facts, it would still have a better understanding of the US Constitution than Lauren fucking Boebert
@KentonEpard@joncoopertweets I agree with what you’re saying and in a perfect world that is the way it would be…however in this case I don’t think he was calling out the judge, or his work, he was pointing out to the orange idiot, the person he was maligning so badly was someone he himself had appointed.
In 1984. Recent law school grad Greg Abbott was jogging in the affluent Houston, Texas suburb of River Oaks. When he jogged past Divorce attorney Roy Moore's home. A giant oak tree broke and tragically fell on Greg Abbott. Crushing his spine and leaving him paralyzed. Uninsured and unemployed. Abbott had no health insurance. He had over $81,000 in hospital bills. He sued. Abbott got his hospital bills paid and received over $5.7 million dollars in payouts from Moore's home insurance and the tree services company who failed to detect the tree was rotten inside. Still to this day Greg Abbott gets a monthly check that includes cost of living increases each year. And will receive a check for the rest of his life. When Abbott was on the Texas Supreme court . He voted to decrease the amount of money someone in a similar situation could receive. Gregg Abbott supported capping non medical damages in cases like his at $250,000. A reward like the multi million dollars in payouts Abbott received and still receives each and every month till the day he dies would be impossible today. Of course these bills were crafted to not be retroactive. So they do not affect Greg Abbotts payments. Gregg Abbott does everything he can to hurt us Texans. While he laughs all the way to the bank every month with his very generous monthly check that he happily denies to another Texan who is injured in the same way as Abbott was. It goes without saying. This is another example of a GOP hypocrite. OK for me but not for any other Texan. That should be Gov. Greg Abbotts theme song for his life. What a despicable man who cares nothing about anyone's pain and suffering. He got his and to Abbot and the GOP. That's all that matters. @NewBlueUSA #DemVoice1
🚨🚨🚨Holy shit: A father of a child who was killed in the Uvalde school shooting SLAMMED Texas legislators for their “useless thoughts and prayers.”
Brett Cross boldly testified in front of a Texas House committee in support of legislation that would raise the minimum age to buy semi-automatic weapons from 18 to 21.
Brett Cross: “I'm so sick of hearing those three words from our elected officials…
While your prayers may have comforted you, they did nothing to absolve our pain...
Your thoughts and prayers didn't stop an 18 year old from purchasing two high powered semi automatic rifles and all of those rounds of ammunition.
Your thoughts and prayers didn't stop us from having to bury our children and two teachers.
Your thoughts and prayers haven't done anything in the 329 days since Uziel was shot through his stomach exiting his spine.
Your thoughts and prayers are useless unless you have thought and prayed for legislation that you can help enact that could change this.”
Thank you so much to Brett Cross and these BRAVE parents for speaking out!

🚨🚨🚨BREAKING: A bipartisan bill has been introduced that would block members of Congress from getting paid if the U.S. enters debt default or if the government shuts down.
The No Pay for Congress During Default or Shutdown Act, introduced by Reps. Abigail Spanberger (D-VA) and Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), would withhold lawmakers' pay for the duration of a debt limit breach or lapse in federal funding, an attempt to motivate legislators to prevent either situation.
The bill comes amid growing fears that Republicans will not agree to meet the June 1 deadline set by the Treasury Department to raise the debt limit and risk a catastrophic default on U.S. obligations.
“Lawmakers should not be rewarded with our salaries until we do our jobs," Spanberger said.
What are your thoughts? Should it pass?
