@JetBlue I've been a Mosaic member for over 10 years, and I'm posting because the standard channels haven't resolved this.

On my recent transatlantic booking, you disassociated the Even More Space seats I paid for — with no notification, no replacement seats, and no refund. I found out only because I checked the reservation myself. Had I not, I would have boarded a two-leg transatlantic flight, on one of the busiest travel days of the year, with my daughters aged 4 and 7 and no assigned seats.

Fixing your error cost me about two hours over two days. Your phone agents were courteous, but the $50 credit offered doesn't come close to acknowledging the inconvenience and worry this caused my family — or a decade of loyalty and the extra I paid specifically to avoid this kind of uncertainty.
