@surveymonkey Your absolute lack of a public phone or email is almost as disgraceful as automatically charging a credit card $468 that is associated with an account I do not have control of. You are really making it so I never work with your company again.
@SurveyMonkey Not true. ENTERPRISE customers get a phone number. After I reached out, I received an automated email about how I don't qualify. Guess charging my card without permission on an account I don't have access to doesn't warrant a human interaction. #fail, #corporategreed

#Surveymonkey has a superior product but also the worst customer service, sales, and website of any technology company that I have worked with. I can’t get a hold of anyone and I am wondering if I can find someone on twitter. I wish there was another company I could work with.
