@_Spinkee_ True, I just mean if it took at least a month and they haven’t talked to their client or given updates AT ALL, or if it’s taking longer than the deadline. Still, bare minimum is giving a heads up but that doesn’t make up for the time they waited for the com

@_Spinkee_ Especially if they can’t stand by their OWN DEADLINE they give to themselves, clients have a right to be upset especially if you haven’t updated them at the very least saying “something came up which delayed your commission” and apologize. 😭

@lunestival If something comes up the best they can do is let the person they’re drawing for know that there’s been a delay, obviously artists can do what they want with their time, but if someone goes out of there way to set a clear timeframe
