Is it fair?
Indian Railways collects money from passengers whose tickets remain fully waitlisted, are automatically cancelled after chart preparation, and who are not allowed to travel because no berth/seat was provided.
Yet passengers are still charged ₹60 as “clerkage”

If no seat was provided and no journey took place, why should the passenger bear the financial loss?

Hi @JioCare, my Jio Fiber connection is currently unusable. As you can see from the attached image, my download speed is a dismal 1.73 Mbps, while the upload is near 19 Mbps. This is not the speed l am paying for.Latency is also extremely high (Ping: 355ms, Jitter: 1,399ms).
