I bought @dell laptop on 25 August from @amazonIN
It's stop working just after 40 days of purchase I contact @DellCares and they said it's just RAM issue and we'll replace it I agreed with them and they changed RAM but the very next day the same problem occurred. 1/n

But i asked for replacement when issue not resolved after replacement of RAM & MOTHERBOARD. The reason I asked for replacement because I experienced same issue with @HPIndia in 2017 but @HPSupport was helpful and they replace even after 60days and issue was motherboard. 5/n
