भाजपा की पर्ची सरकार राजस्थान में स्थायी नौकरियां ख़त्म कर युवाओं को असुरक्षा, शोषण और अस्थायी रोजगार की तरफ धकेल रही है। असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर की जगह टीचिंग एसोसिएट की संविदा पर भर्ती नौकरी नहीं, "ठेका" प्रथा पर काम बांटना है। सत्ता के लिए युवाओं को भ्रमित करने वाली भाजपा अब युवाओं को करियर नहीं, कॉन्ट्रैक्ट जॉब दे रही है। नियमित नौकरी की जगह सरकारी कॉलेजों में 3540 पदों पर टीचर एसोसिएट की भर्ती और वो भी 5 साल की संविदा और 28,850 वेतन पर। ये न सिर्फ UGC मापदंड़ों की अनदेखी है, बल्कि युवाओं के भविष्य, शिक्षा, योग्यता और काबिलियत से साथ कुठाराघात है। भाजपा सरकार ने इससे पहले राजमेस के मेडिकल और नर्सिंग कॉलेजों में भी 1267 पद संविदा पर निकाले थे। भाजपा जब विपक्ष में थी तो संविदा भर्ती को युवाओं के साथ अन्याय बताकर विरोध करती थी। और आज जब सत्ता में है तो यही भाजपा संविदा और ठेका व्यवस्था की सबसे बड़ी समर्थक बन गई है। जबकि हमारी कांग्रेस सरकार ने 1.10 लाख से अधिक संविदाकर्मियों को नियमित किया और ठेका पर नौकरियों को बंद किया।
