@VirginAtlantic trying to rebook tickets for which I converted my travel ticket to voucher. But your chat assistant and phone both are saying, "we are too busy to assist you" is there any other way to do this or just keep trying until I give up and throw voucher to junk.

@airindiain I tried calling you multiple times your wait time is high and you only allowed max 15 min for call. See this call logs. All calls gets disconnected after 15 min even when I am talking to agents.

@airindiain I have booked flight for next week from AHD to LHR which was cancelled & I want to reschedule it for some another day (not which you gave) but it looks like your call center allows call for 15 min max and call gets disconnected after that. Please help how to reach out
