@HyundaiIndia Just completed 1 year with my Hyundai Creta Adventure Edition, and for the 3rd time, the clutch failed—this time, stranding my family and me in the middle of Agra-Lucknow Expressway. Called Roadside Assistance; all they offered was a tow for the car to the nearest service center, leaving us without help or safe shelter. Is this how Hyundai prioritises customer safety?

Expecting a vehicle as new as mine to work reliably, yet it’s failed thrice. Extremely disappointed. @HyundaiIndia , please address this recurring issue and improve roadside support for families in need on highways. #Hyundai #CustomerService
