@TTChelps @CP24 @CityNewsTO Subway not operating north of St. Clair West. Not a single northbound ‘shuttle’ for last 45 mins. Why is that TTC fails when you need it the most. You knew for DAYS that a storm was coming! Why aren’t you prepared? Really disappointing!!
