The pharmacist informed me that the delay was due to a hold-up from NextCare Insurance. I find this explanation unconvincing since the claim for approval was submitted by the pharmacist at 10:56 PM and was approved by 10:58 PM.

Request your urgent support to resolve the incident # 2845350, where the payment portal has technical issue and not able to renew my vehicle. Have been told by the RTA call Centre that it requires 5 working days to resolve. Even RTA centers are helpless.

One of the worst pharmacy services in Dubai (1096-Life Al Nahda Pharmacy (LLC), I had requested around 7 PM and the same was delivered @ 11:45 PM. It took almost 4.5 hrs. to deliver. The medicine is for 3yrs-old patient who had serious stomachache.
