If you have delivery partner shortage let the customer know they will cook food instead of endless waiting more than 2hr time and no one to repond on the chat and help.

Even afyer the pickup Delivery guys are assigned with multiple pickups due to which my order takes another 1 hr 30 mins to deliver. Meanwhile app keeps showing 10 minsfrom last 1 hour every ten minutes

Suppprt team does not responds to messages unless the deliver is done. Once order is deliver they will reply backand close the chat.
