Pictured below is Republican attorney Adam Hoffman who was charged and arrested on June 24, 2022, for continuous sexual abuse of a child (a first-degree felony carrying up to life in prison) for abusing his son's best friend over approximately three years. The abuse began when the victim was in third grade (around age 8-9).

Well, @TXAG gave him a sweetheart deal like they did for Jeffrey Epstein.

Texas Attorney General @KenPaxtonTX offered Adam Hoffman a plea deal reducing the charges to two Class A misdemeanors: indecent assault of a child and displaying harmful material to a minor.

The initial plea recommended 30 days in jail. The Judge, troubled by the deal, doubled it to 60 days in county jail. Hoffman began serving it in late April 2026 and has been nearing completion.

And, thanks to his sweetheart deal, he is not required to register as a sex offender because of the reduced misdemeanor charges.
