Pemphigus foliaceus is a variant of pemphigus vulgaris with lesion primarily on head neck and back with no mucosal involvement (unlike vulgaris

Treatment remains the same as systemic steroids. Topical steroids and hydroxychloroquine can be added if lesions are mainly sunexposed

I had diagnosed myself for 3 pits in my 2 fingers until I found that “<20 pits in all nails are non-specific and may be present in non-psoriatic conditions. >20 but less than 60 nail pits are suggestive of psoriasis and >60 pits are supposed to be diagnosis of psoriasis.”
