@EricKillelea@ExpressNews "cautious about disseminating information " it's because they don't have backups. a normal company of their stature would of had backups and we all would of had our corporate emails back. instead we are clowning around with upper management trying to not tank their stock.

@Rackspace I have called and called and called and no one answers the phone. Rackspace you supposedly put 1000 people on this? Where are they ? I literally wake up in the middle of the night hoping someone will answer and they donโt. Zero communication
@Rackspace Dear Amar this is a not good. I am not sure who advised you to send out this email. We need real updates on the situation, no one is answering the phones, chat is non existent, these "updates" what are they? At least ransomware attackers communicate.

@Rackspace Itโs been 12 hours please provide updates. No chat support not answering the phones etc is NOT nice. Ur proposed 365 solution doesnโt work for our setup.
