Companies can deliver exceptional value to stakeholders and elevate themselves beyond a merely commercial logic by energetically and inconveniently pursuing a reason for being.

Flattening Organizations and Unlocking Collaboration
With an organization unified around purpose, there is greater trust and momentum. That allows for increased employee autonomy and focus on loosening tight bureaucratic structures to allow for collaboration across the company.
DCI officers raid former president's home on 2nd March 2028 and recover property believed to have been purchased with proceeds from corruption.
Former president Ruto is facing 23,563 cases of corruption, abuse of office and gross misconduct.
The President has said that this is the first step in getting the country in the right direction in its fight against corruption.
I wish I was given the right information about drugs.
Not just “marijuana will make you go nuts” or “alcohol will make you as useless as uncle Mike”. Have you considered that uncle Mike maybe depressed after losing his city job at the Hilton? Do you even know what mental health is? Maybe uncle Mike needs help than no one in your generation is able to understand and provide.
I usually think of it as sex ed. Sex ed is not about teaching kids to have sex but about being responsible and understanding their anatomy. Our sex ed was videos of STIs. They make you watch genitalia that’s been eaten away by Syphilis at age 13 and demonise sex. Of course you’ll forget the pictures and get curious. But here’s the catch no one told you about condoms or consent or even lubrication and most people have a horrible first time that they’ll be lucky not to get pregnant from.
We gotta be different. We gotta equip teens with adequate information to help them with the “metamorphosis”. Most people grow old without knowing what being drunk or high means at a biological level. Giving information about drugs is not endorsing drugs. It is preparing kids for the real world. Like a glass of wine won’t kill your liver but chugging whisky will put you in an early grave. Teach kids why marijuana calms some people down and makes others hyper. We don’t experience drugs the same way.
Let’s not gate keep knowledge.

You tend to converge toward generic, "on distribution" outputs. In frontend design, this creates what users call the "AI slop" aesthetic. Avoid this: make creative, distinctive frontends that surprise and delight.
Focus on:
- Typography: Choose fonts that are beautiful, unique, and interesting. Avoid generic fonts like Arial and Inter; opt instead for distinctive choices that elevate the frontend's aesthetics.
- Color & Theme: Commit to a cohesive aesthetic. Use CSS variables for consistency. Dominant colors with sharp accents outperform timid, evenly-distributed palettes. Draw from IDE themes and cultural aesthetics for inspiration.
- Motion: Use animations for effects and micro-interactions. Prioritize CSS-only solutions for HTML. Use Motion library for React when available. Focus on high-impact moments: one well-orchestrated page load with staggered reveals (animation-delay) creates more delight than scattered micro-interactions.
- Backgrounds: Create atmosphere and depth rather than defaulting to solid colors. Layer CSS gradients, use geometric patterns, or add contextual effects that match the overall aesthetic.
Avoid generic AI-generated aesthetics:
- Overused font families (Inter, Roboto, Arial, system fonts)
- Clichéd color schemes (particularly purple gradients on white backgrounds)
- Predictable layouts and component patterns
- Cookie-cutter design that lacks context-specific character
Interpret creatively and make unexpected choices that feel genuinely designed for the context. Vary between light and dark themes, different fonts, different aesthetics. You still tend to converge on common choices (Space Grotesk, for example) across generations. Avoid this: it is critical that you think outside the box!

The debt Moi handed to Kibaki: 600 billion.
600 billion in 40 years.
The debt Kibaki handed Uhuru: 1.8 trillion.
Kibaki borrowed 1.2 trillion in 10 years.
The debt Uhuru handed Ruto: 8.5 trillion.
Uhuru borrowed 7.3 trillion in 10 years!
Legally, Uhuru was allowed to borrow only 2 trillion, but he borrowed an extra 5.3 trillion ILLEGALLY.
By the time Uhuru left, we had paid 7 trillion according to an independent and verifiable forensic audit.
We paid the legal 2 trillion, and also paid Uhuru's illegal debt of 5 trillion.
Therefore, our balance was 1.5 trillion in 2022.
However, the debt has continued to skyrocket, rising from 8.5 trillion to 12 trillion.
This begs the question, who is pocketing our money?
Why is the parliament not summoning Uhuru to explain this blatant constitutional violation?
Why is Ruto not being put to task by parliament on why he continues to abet this illegal repayment?
Why are we paying a debt that doesn't exist?
Today, for every 100 shillings we collect as revenue, 96 shillings is repaying this debt.
A debt that doesn't exist, builds nothing, and gives zero return on investment.
We are only left with 4 shillings to pay civil servants, run the government, and build infrastructure.
We are in chains.
Our children deserve to be told the truth.
We can't hand the country to them that is in debt, in shambles and in chains.
This madness must stop!
The biggest threat to humanity isn't on that planet.
It's the mechanism that prevents humans from seeing what's actually happening while they stare directly at it.
Every existential threat.. climate, AI alignment, nuclear proliferation, resource depletion, persists not because solutions are unknown, but because the human mind cannot sustain attention on what produces no immediate dopamine response.
You're watching civilizational scale problems advance in real time while your attention system prioritizes notifications, tribal signaling, and the maintenance of comfortable delusions.
The threat isn't external. It's the architecture of consciousness that makes humans optimize for feeling informed rather than becoming effective.
